Lash Educator Online Live Private Training

This live 1:1 online training is designed for lash artists ready to start teaching others. Over two days, you’ll work directly with Rimvita – founder of RM Lash Academy – to learn how to guide, support, and train future lash technicians.

We’ll cover more than just techniques. You’ll learn how to communicate clearly, adapt to different student needs, and create a learning space that feels supportive and professional. After training, you’ll receive access to ready-made digital materials that you can brand and use to teach your own students.

Once certified, you’ll officially join the RM Lash Educator community and be listed on our Accredited Trainers page. Ongoing support is always available when you need it – you’re not doing this alone.

We offer a manual payment plan to make your training more accessible.

How the payment plan works:

Select the “Payment Plan 4x” option at checkout.
Choose your training date – ensure that at least 3 of the 4 payments are completed before your training begins.
Choose your preferred material language (English or Spanish).
Make payments manually every 1–2 weeks, always selecting the same payment option.

After full payment: Your personalised training materials will be sent within 2–3 working days.
After partial payment (3/4): All training materials will also be sent within 2–3 working days after the final payment.

We have a 2-week cancellation policy – you can request a full refund if you cancel at least 2 weeks before your scheduled training date.

Basic Training Package

2-day live 1:1 course
Conducted via video calls with a trainer. You’ll be guided through key topics and teaching techniques in real time.
Support in structuring your own curriculum
We’ll help you plan out what to include in your course and how to organise it clearly.
Ongoing support after the course
You can reach out with questions when you start preparing or delivering your own training.
Certificate of completion
Confirms you’ve finished the training and understand the fundamentals of lash education.
1-year accreditation
Once your materials are reviewed and approved, you’ll be accredited to run certified courses for 12 months.
Trainer listing on our website
Your name, location, and bio will appear on our trainer page to help students find and trust you.

Note: You’ll need to create your own manuals and slides and submit them for review. Accreditation is granted once they meet RM Lash Academy standards.

I recently completed the Online Classic Lash Trainer Course with RM Lash Academy, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. The course was delivered online, yet the quality of instruction was exceptional, and it felt just as engaging and interactive as an in-person class.
