Lash Educator Online Live Private Training

1. Will I be able to certify my students after this training?
Yes, once students have completed their training, you'll be able to award them with a certificate of achievement.

2. What certificates I will receive after this training?
Upon completion, you'll receive an RM Lash Academy certificate of competence and a certificate of accreditation. This will make you an accredited RM Lash Academy trainer and allow you to offer accredited courses to students.

3. What support I will get after this training?
After the course has finished, you will get access to our newsletter containing educational content, which you can share with your students. If you require additional support, you are also entitled to free video calls with the training team.

4. How long does training take?
Our Lash educator training course runs for two days, covering 5-6 hours per day.

5. Does the training take place online or in person?
This is an online course, compromising on 1:1 video calls and presentations.

6. Can I complete the training on my own schedule?
Yes, our online Lash Educator course is designed to accommodate your schedule. As we offer the course globally, we are able to work flexibly around time zones, allowing you to complete the training at your own pace and convenience.

7. Is the online Lash Educator course accessible globally?
Yes, our online Lash educator course is globally accessible! With our global accreditation, we are able to work with students from all over the world, offering them the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field, no matter where they are located.

8. What are the prices for the online course packages?
We offer four different training packages to meet your needs and budget:

1. Basic training package: priced at AUD$ 2000 or USD$ 1420
2. Standard training package: priced at AUD$ 2350 or USD$ 1622
3. Premium training package: priced at AUD$ 2850 or USD$ 2010
4. Premium plus training package: starting from AUD$ 6000 or USD$ 4000 (price may vary based on individual requirements)

9. What training materials will I receive upon completion of the course?
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a comprehensive set of training materials to use for your future students, depending on the training package you choose. This may include digital manuals, presentations, and tests for both Classic and Volume courses, as well as practice sheets, certificates, and a training checklist. These materials can be customized to match your brand, upon request.

10. What is the required level of experience for this training?
To be eligible for this training, it is recommended that you have a minimum of two years' experience working with lash extensions.

11. What is the purpose of accreditation? 
Accreditation through RM Lash Academy Educator Training provides assurance to students that they are investing in a credible course. Our accreditation program recognises trainers who meet a standardised level of expertise, as measured by our updated Lash Educator program. By becoming accredited, you, as a trainer, can demonstrate to potential students that you are committed to working to a high standard and that your qualifications have been verified.

12. How long will my accreditation last?
Your accreditation will last for one year. 

To renew for another year, it's AUD $200. This includes new certificates for you and your students.

13. When does the training start and finish?
The start and finish times for our online live lash educator training vary based on your location and preferences:
- For Australian students: It starts in the afternoon and runs from 3pm - 8pm.
- For American students: It begins in the morning, from 8am - 1pm.
- For European students: The training also starts in the morning, from 8am - 1pm.

Given that it's a 1:1 private training, we are flexible with scheduling, provided time zones permit.

Basic Training Package

• Online live 2-day 1:1 course. This course is conducted via live video calls and slides and provides you with hands-on instruction and guidance from our experienced trainer.
• Guidance on how to create a curriculum. You will receive guidance and support on how to create a comprehensive curriculum that meets industry standards and covers all the important topics in eyelash extensions.
• Ongoing support. Once you have completed the course, you will have ongoing access to support from our trainers to help you with any questions or challenges you may encounter as you start to offer your own lash education courses.
• Certificate of completion. You will receive a certificate of completion, recognizing your achievement and demonstrating your expertise as a lash educator.

NOTE. Please note that as part of the Basic training package for our Lash educator course, you will be required to prepare your own course materials, including manuals and slides, and submit them to us for review. If your materials meet our requirements, you will receive your certification as a lash educator. This requirement is an important part of the accreditation process and helps ensure that all our certified lash educators deliver high-quality training that meets industry standards.

Standard Training Package

• Online live 2-day 1:1 course. You will participate in a comprehensive and interactive 2-day course conducted via live video calls and slides. Our experienced trainers will provide you with hands-on instruction and guidance to help you become a confident and effective lash educator.
• Classic and Volume presentations. You will receive detailed presentations on Classic and Volume eyelash extensions, including the latest techniques and industry standards.
• 1-Year accreditation. Upon completion of the course, you will be accredited as a lash educator for a period of one year. This accreditation will allow you to advertise and offer your own accredited courses to potential students. 
  *To renew for another year, it's AUD $200. This includes new certificates for you and your students.
• Certificate of Completion. You will receive a certificate of completion, recognizing your achievement and demonstrating your expertise as a lash educator.
• Ongoing support. Our trainers will provide ongoing support to help you with any questions or challenges you may encounter as you start to offer your own lash education courses.

NOTE. Please note that as part of the Standard training package for our Lash educator course, you will be required to prepare and submit your own course manuals for review. If your materials meet our requirements, you will receive your certification as a lash educator. Premium Training Package

The Premium plus training package provides you with everything you need to establish a successful and profitable lash education business. We offer flexible payment options for our training sessions to cater to your convenience. Here's how it works for both Afterpay and manual payment plan options:

For Afterpay users in Australia:

• We accept Afterpay for participants residing in Australia.

For international participants or those unable to use Afterpay:

• You can opt for a manual 4-instalment payment plan, allowing payments every 1-2 weeks.

• Ensure you complete a minimum of 3 out of the 4 payments by the scheduled training day.

Here's How the Manual Payment Option Works:

1. Select the payment option. Choose "Payment Plan 4x."
2. Select training day. Pick the day of training by which you can make at least 3/4 payments.
3. Choose material language. Select the language you prefer for your training materials.
4. Make payments. Manually make payments by selecting the same option every 1-2 weeks.

Receiving your training materials:

• Full payment received: You'll receive personalised training materials within 2-3 working days post-training.

• Partial payment (3/4) received: All training materials will be sent 2-3 working days after receiving the final payment.
